Invitation: 

Consider your last few weeks.  Write down 3-5 things that have been bothering you. It might be a shortcoming, a regret, a kind word unsaid, or a salty exchange that didn’t need to happen.  Whatever it was, could you write it down?  Then write down the 3-5 things that you are doing to combat your natural man, your demons, your bias, your ignorance.  Ponder on these lists and consider what modifications, magnifications, or modulations you could make to build a firmer foundation, a stronger shield, or a more subordinated ego.  Make a plan to make that change and start working on it.
