Thought:

Forgiving others when others would cancel them not only helps us avoid hypocrisy, but it is also peculiar. It is a shining light in the darkness. People are drawn to the light. Let your light shine by giving people a chance to make mistakes AND to try again.

Misc:

Being a Christian is less about loving Jesus than it is about loving Judas. It’s easy to love those who don’t harm or offend us. But those aren’t the only people we’re asked to forgive

Invitation:

Read “Until Seventy Times Seven” from Elder Lynn G Robbins (CR 4/2018) and make a list of 2 or 3 people that you’re having a time forgiving. Pray about which one you could work on forgiving. Make a plan to do so and then write it down. Work on it. When you feel that forgiveness has come, share your story with someone and testify about the power of forgiveness.
