General Conference Address:

“Return and Receive” Elder M. Russell Ballard CR 4/2017

Thought:

“I am so thoroughly convinced that if we don’t set goals in our life and learn how to master the techniques of living to reach our goals, we can reach a ripe old age and look back on our life only to see that we reached but a small part of our full potential. When one learns to master the principles of setting a goal, he will then be able to make a great difference in the results he attains in this life.”

–PRESIDENT M. RUSSELL BALLARD  TALK GIVEN TO SALT LAKE AREA YOUNG ADULTS, OCT. 18, 1981

Misc:

Practice doesn't make perfect; it makes it permanent.  Determined and disciplined practice makes permanent that which we practice.  To engage in that type of practice, you:  1- Review your vision and status quo for a holistic view of progress.  2- Practice with a SMARTER goal orientation.  3- Repetition (put in the time)  4- Feedback is imperative (Score, metrics, coaching, evaluation, and feedback).  5- Persistence (Nurture can pick up where nature left off).

Invitation:

Use this worksheet to create a SMARTER goal this week and follow through with it.
